New course of study in data science in the master's degree!

The Faculty of Mathematics will offer a new field of study on data science for the winter semester 24/25 im Master's degree in mathematics.

Special features of studying mathematics at the TU Darmstadt

At the TU Darmstadt you can study mathematics with a focus on e.g. algebra or logic (theoretically) or with a focus on e.g. numerics, optimization, stochastics or interdisciplinary in Data Science (applied). And it doesn't matter which way you go, you will have excellent job prospects. *** At the Department of Mathematics we are particularly proud of the good support we provide to our students! This begins before the studies with the preparatory maths course and the orientation week, continues in the first year with the mentoring programme and throughout the entire course of studies with dedicated support from the teachers.
