When allocating women’s advancement funds, the Women’s Advancement Funds Committee abides by the Guidelines for the Use of Women’s Advancement Funds (opens in new tab) .
The reasons why the travel expenses for staff participation in conferences and meetings cannot be covered by the research group itself must be stated additionally. For those participating in ProProfessur, the registration fee will also be refunded. Students are not eligible to receive funding for any item that is normally part of their study programme.

Applications
Applications for subsidies from the Women’s Advancement Funds may be submitted at any time. In order to do so, please send your application (opens in new tab) to the Gender Equality Officer in the Department of Mathematics.
You will be informed about the funding decision in writing.
When you have participated in the event funded, please forward the originals of all the necessary receipts together with your payment application to us. You are welcome to leave the documents in the Gender Equality Officer’s letterbox in Room K 209 or send them by post.
