Ruth Moufang Doctoral Prize 2023 awarded to Dr. Nora Philippi

We are very happy to congratulate our former AG member Dr. Nora Philippi for being awarded with the Ruth Moufang Doctoral Prize 2023 by the Department of Mathematics at TU Darmstadt!

This prize honors her outstanding thesis on ‘Asymptotic Analysis and Numerical Approximation of some Partial Differential Equations on Networks’ which she wrote under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Herbert Egger in the context of the SFB TRR 154: Mathematical modelling, simulation and optimization using the example of gas networks.
