The aim of the workshop is to understand the work of Zhiwei Yun and Wei Zhang on Higher Gross-Zagier formulas over function fields vastly generalising the classical Gross-Zagier formula.
In the process, we will learn about the geometry of moduli spaces of shtukas and the intersection theory of Heegner-Drinfeld cycles, and how to relate them to automorphic representations over function fields via trace formulas.

The workshop will take place from March 22 to March 24 at TU Darmstadt.
