In the summer semester 2026, Prof. Daniel Ueltschi (University of Warwick) will be at our department as a DAAD guest professor. His expertise lies in mathematical physics, in particular classical and quantum statistical mechanics.

Daniel will deliver a lecture on quantum spin systems during the semester, which should be interesting for both mathematics and physics students. In addition, he will be the speaker at the Mathematics Colloquium on 15 April 2026.
