Welcome!

The German-Japanese International Research Training Group on Mathematical Fuid Dynamics will end after a very successful period of nine years in May 2018.

A final workshop will be held on this occasion in Bad Boll, Germany, during May 7-11, 2018.

The workshop aims to bring together leading experts with diverse scientific backgrounds to foster the investigation of large classes of equations and models and to ignite a lively interaction and exchange of ideas. The workshop aims both at established researchers as well as at PhD students. Younger researchers are very much encouraged to play an active role in this meeting and to present their own work in short talks.

There will be the possibility of limited financial support for younger participants. We urge you to apply as soon as possible. Applications may be sent to Esther Bauer (igk@mathematik.tu-darmstadt.de).
